Trading Suspension Notice for Select Indices and Crude Oil Due to CME Globex System Outage

Dear Valued Customers,

Due to a system outage at the CME Group, the world's largest financial derivatives exchange, all CME-based CFD products (including spot and futures) are currently not receiving quotes from liquidity providers.

This outage has affected the entire market, and as a result, US30, US100, US500, JP225 and crude oil products are currently unavailable for trading. A resumption of trading is pending the resolution of the CME system issue.

During this period, please monitor your account margin levels to ensure sufficient funds are available to cope with potential price gaps when these products resume quoting, thereby avoiding unexpected losses.
