KCM Trade x ACYA x VSA | Partnering with Australian University Student Unions to Bridge Career Futures and Cross-Cultural Growth
Partnering with Universities to Foster Youth Connections
KCM Trade has recently taken an active role in a series of campus events jointly organised by the Australia-China Youth Association (ACYA) and the Vietnamese Students’ Association (VSA). These initiatives aim to build bridges for young people to engage in cross-cultural dialogue and career development.
Two events included the ACYA × VSA “Brewing Connections” youth networking session at Monash University, and the ACYA Career Navigation Panel at the University of Melbourne. Through face-to-face exchanges, KCM Trade’s speakers shared workplace experience and insights on the future of the financial industry, inspiring students with multidimensional perspectives.

Cross-Disciplinary Dialogue that Sparks Inspiration
At the “Brewing Connections” event, KCM Trade’s representative joined professionals from sectors including healthcare, law, beauty, and telecommunications for an open discussion around “Learning, Networking and Opportunities”. Drawing from personal experience, the KCM Trade speaker offered reflections on how to find one’s position within a multicultural environment, helping students explore diverse pathways for career growth.
At the University of Melbourne’s ACYA Career Navigation Panel, company representatives participated in an engaging discussion alongside guest speakers from EY and Boman Group, covering topics such as transitioning from campus to the workplace, career planning, and emerging trends in China-Australia cooperation. Interactive games and an “Ask Me Anything” session encouraged students to express themselves, ask questions, and experience genuine idea exchange and cultural integration.

Empowering Global Business Growth Through Youth Engagement
Adhering to its people-centred philosophy and commitment to co-creating value, KCM Trade continues to empower young people through educational engagement and community collaboration. By participating in ACYA and VSA initiatives, the company deepens its corporate social responsibility practices and reinforces its long-term dedication to supporting youth development. Looking ahead, KCM Trade will continue to partner with universities and youth organisations to cultivate a new generation of professionals, creating more opportunities for young talent to explore and thrive in the globalised workplace.
