On 5 July 2025, KCM Trade hosted its annual Gala Dinner at Swissotel Bangkok Ratchada, bringing together over 200 clients, partners, and members of the Thailand team to celebrate a key milestone in the company’s growth journey.
Appointment of Jack as Country Manager – Marking a New Chapter for Thailand Operations
During the gala, KCM Trade officially announced the appointment of Mr Nopparuj Termtechatipong (Jack) as Country Manager for Thailand. With almost a decade of experience in finance and capital markets, Jack brings strong expertise in team management and business development. He has an in-depth understanding of regulatory frameworks and derivatives operations across Thailand and Southeast Asia.
Jack is skilled in building highly effective cross-cultural collaboration systems and has earned wide recognition for his excellence in client relationship management and marketing. In his new role, Jack will lead the Thailand team in strengthening local strategies, enhancing customer service experiences, and driving high-quality growth across the region.
Strategic Vision and Corporate Responsibility
In his inaugural speech, Jack outlined his management philosophy and strategic vision, stating: “Client trust remains the cornerstone of KCM Trade’s business growth. Going forward, our focus will be on two core strategic initiatives: first, the continuous optimisation of localised services through upgraded intelligent trading tools; and second, a systematic improvement of investor education programmes to boost participants’ professional capabilities.”
He also emphasised: “As a responsible corporate citizen, KCM Trade is committed to giving back to Thai society through community projects that support youth development and environmental sustainability.”

KCM Trade Australia Managing DIrector, Jason Lau, and Chief Market Analyst, Tim Waterer, attended the event in person to underscore the group’s strategic focus on Thailand. In his speech, Jason Lau stated: “Thailand plays a crucial role in KCM Trade’s Asia-Pacific expansion and will continue to receive comprehensive support from the group, including our Australia office. We firmly believe that Jack’s appointment will unlock new market opportunities for our Thai clients.”
