Once done, follow the steps outlined below to make a new upload:
For Web/Mobile CRM Area users:
•Login to the CRM Area.
•Open your Profile tab.
•Click Upload Documents to continue.
•On the next screen click Submit a new document.
•You can add a new document.
•Congratulations, your new document is now under review.
